• Violation of applicable law

CONQRETE makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate information regarding products.

• Orders below ?999: ?50 shipping charge

10. PRICING ERRORS

Although CONQRETE makes reasonable efforts to ensure pricing accuracy, technical or human errors may occasionally occur.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price, CONQRETE may cancel the order before dispatch and provide an applicable refund where payment has already been received.

12. ORDER PLACEMENT

Where payment has already been received for an order cancelled by CONQRETE, the applicable amount will be refunded through the appropriate payment process, subject to applicable law.

13. ORDER CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

If you wish to cancel an order, contact CONQRETE as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests may be accepted where the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has entered fulfilment or has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Where cancellation is accepted, any applicable refund will be processed through the applicable payment method.

14. CASH ON DELIVERY

Where Cash on Delivery is available, customers may be required to provide accurate contact and delivery information.

CONQRETE may restrict or refuse COD availability for certain locations, products, order values or circumstances.

Repeated refusal of COD deliveries, fraudulent COD orders or misuse of COD may result in restrictions on future COD orders.

15. SHIPPING

CONQRETE currently ships across India.

Orders are generally delivered within approximately 3–6 business days.

Customers should review delivery information carefully before completing an order.

18. INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

If a customer provides an incorrect address, the customer should contact CONQRETE as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been delivered, CONQRETE may attempt to change the delivery address where operationally possible.

Once an order has been dispatched, an address change may not be possible.

If an order is successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer, CONQRETE may not be responsible for the consequences of an incorrect address provided by the customer, subject to applicable law.

19. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Returns and refunds are governed by the Shipping & Returns Policy published separately on the website.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove, restrict or waive any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

20. WARRANTY

CONQRETE products are covered by a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects, subject to the separate Warranty Policy.

The Warranty Policy forms part of the applicable terms governing warranty claims.

Nothing in the Warranty Policy is intended to exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.

21. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the CONQRETE website, unless otherwise stated, is owned by, licensed to, or controlled by CONQRETE.

This includes:

• Product photographs

• Graphics

Subject to applicable consumer-protection laws and mandatory rights available to consumers, courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising in connection with these Terms.
